Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6196563.

I’ve never known the road to flood as bad as it has this year. Any amount of rainwater has caused the road to flood. It’s almost impassable in JULY!! The drains aren’t draining and causing local residents time and money on their cars. Please clear the drains regularly.
