Grit blown from footpaths in Bell Close

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 16:14, Friday 5 July 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6195817.

The contractor working on the footpaths in Bell Close has been throwing grit and stones on to our front lawns. I think that they have used a hand-held blower to do this.

I have tried to rake back as much as I can but can’t remove enough to allow me to mow the lawn without endangering the mower blade.

The stones range up to the size of marbles. One patch, probably the result of one shovelful deliberately thrown, is about 10 feet into the lawn. I would be grateful for urgent action to prevent any further nuisance of this kind.
