Foliage obstructing foot path

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6195666.

Front gardens of 172 &174 Strathmore Ave have foliage hanging over the path. this causes a danger to pedestrians and others who have to walk in the roadway to get past, Many parents have to use the roadway to get past with their pushchairs.
