The Bus stop shelter cannot be seen by the Bus driver.

In inclement weather, or an elderly person waiting for the bus who is sitting in the shelter cannot be seen by the bus driver. Buses do not stop if they can’t see anyone waiting. You can see from the picture that there is a need to make the bus stop visible. Currently it is invisible to the driver due to the excess foliage. This is the case for many bus shelters. This is a lack of maintenance issue. Please address.
