Raised flower bed planters have been placed upon the road. Whilst I understand this may have been done to calm traffic nevertheless it is an obstruction to passing traffic. Who has placed these on the road? Have they sought permission from the relevant authority? If so under what statutory legislation are they allowed? If not then please get them to be removed by whomever placed them there. Provide feedback on your findings and actions, thx
