Grass verges to be utilised

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6191008.

This road is dangerous. Cars need to double park as there is no room to park. The grass verges can be made smaller to accommodate parking. The busses also struggle to get down because of this. There is plenty of grass areas that can be partially used for parking
