Tree not replaced

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 619012.

A tree on my street was knocked over by a vehicle, it was removed and not replaced, the space where it was has now been paved over,I thought the council should have replaced the tree but they haven't.
