Green bin

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6186518.

There has been a broken green bin in this street since at least year. The previous owner asked for it to be removed and bought a new green bin. It has been reported at least three times and now has filled with rubbish and other people’s garden waste. It is ridiculously heavy to move because of the water and the person who lives in the house where it stands is disabled.

The bin has been filling with rainwater as the lid is broken off.
