The tree was replaced in 2021 but needs a higher stake

We have kept the tree going through draughts by watering but it is struggling to strengthen as it is high and gets caught by the wind throughout the winters, and with leaves on is more vulnerable to summer storms. We are concerned this is affecting root growth and may result in it snapping. Can an extra longer stake be fitted to give it more support. Thank you.
