Street light not working

Contacted south Norfolk council in October 2023 regarding street light. After 6 months of emails refused to help as lighting is responsibility of UK power networks but I am unable to contact them I have to have my council inform them. So I gave up as they didn’t want too. Street light outside 13 mission Road IP22 4HX. It is so dark down our street and a server safety hazard for walking residents. Please just pass this info on to Uk Power Networks as an urgent repair please.
