Large recovery truck parked on corner

The vehicle keeps parking in a dangerous position right on the corner, where it dangerously restricts view of on coming traffic which occasionally comes dangerously fast around said corner. I live on the street and almost daily have to break sharply which is causing a lot of anxiety for me and my daughter 8 as she has been in the car when I have had to do this. The vehicle does occasionally park on a drive opposite where it is parked so it could easily park there. I am very concerned that this will cause an accident. This does need addressing as it is very dangerous
