Commercial bin on public pavement by residential home.
Reported via mobile anonymously at 17:27, Tue 2 July 2024
Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6183116.
Large commercial bin left on public pavement by residential home. When customers are also parked on double yellow lines most weekdays, this causes issues for pedestrian use of public pavements. Also litter often around commercial bin.

This has never been fixed. If left on the public pavement the commercial bin is supposed to be on the Bury Old Road side of the shutters. Instead it is constantly shoved against my home.

No. Bin often placed next to my home. Litter often around the bin. Rats also in discarded food (from takeaway) and litter. Repeatedly reported to Bury Council by a neighbour on this street. Bury Council do nothing. Another neighbour went into the sandwich shop to discuss the excessive littering (after neighbour had picked litter up as residents on the street continually do). Sandwich shop staff were very rude to the neighbour. Why us this being permitted next to a residential home?
