The standard of parking is a accident waiting to happen as car's are parked everywhere on pavements including obstructing a young children's play park suitable for under 5s

Children are playing in the road and evan using chalk to do drawings on the road

Mum's and dad's are sitting on benches drinking wine and beer allowing children under 10 to play in the road .
