Constantly parking on pavement

Parking on pavement restricts the view for other drivers turning right from Shakespeare Road. The yellow lines that are on this part of Twyford Road have now faded and need repainting maybe this would stop this habitual bad parking. The person parking on the pavement is a visitor to new residents that have moved into Twyford Road in fact all visitors to these new residents park on this stretch of pavement maybe bollards would stop this it’s very dangerous so close to a junction.
