Unlevel road - Noise issue

Hello, My name is Jodie. I live in a flat at 1 Duncan Close, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, NN3 6WL. The road entrance/exit into Duncan Close in Redhouse Square is directly outside my bedroom window. There is a bump in the road and when cars & Large vehicles go over it, it makes a loud noise. There are a large number of vehicles entering and exiting all day. The noise is continuous and is made worse by people driving over the bump at speed which happens on a regular basis. The noise is extremely loud when my window is open. Please can this be looked at and levelled out. Just in case you don't know which bit of road I am referring to, it is opposite a blue bike store. Thank you
