Commercial bin horror

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6181283.

The big blue commercial bin at the bottom of bloy street/opposite the Sikh temple is overflowing with crap and recyclables and is wide open. It’s been like this for ages and has been reported a few times.
