Vegetation blocking pavement

Again the vegetation on this pavement is overgrowning to block the pavement. At least half of the pavement is unusable due to plants. It's a busy part of the road with vehicles going fast around the bend, and the Council won't install a crossing anywhere near here, so crossing the road to the pavement on the other side (which is marginally better) is not an option. Please REGULARLY cut these plants back so driving isn't the only option around here.
