Epicormic Lime Tree growth obstructing pavement

Epicormic growth from a mature Lime tree between no's 10 /12 North Devon Road BS16 2EU, is causing pedestrians to walk in the roadway to avoid getting soaked in wet weather or being affected by tree pollen /dust. This is creating any unnecessary and unsafe hazard to the disabled, school children and Senior Citizens in a busy residential and schools route thoroughfare.
