Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6178810.

No street cleaning on pavements, which are filthy. Had to remove weeds and sweep down outside elderly lady's house on the main road pavement at River Row. This problem is everywhere in Abercynon. Weeds and overgrown shrubs and trees all around main streets and side streets. No street maintenance or street cleaning.
