Rubbish overflow and pot hole on the pavement

Students have left the properties along Grange street and the rubbish left is discussing overflowing bins and they have put wrong items in the green bins too. Please can we have the street cleared up. Plus I’ve noticed a big pot hole on the pavement next door to where my mum lives she is disabled and this makes it difficult to manoeuvre the wheelchair and it’s dangerous as she could fall causing a bad accident
