  • Thank you for your enquiry which has been forwarded to HW's to see that it is viable (provided there are no nearby underground services) to open up the tree pit ready for replanting, which a replacement has been added to the planting schedule 2024/25 which starts in November and runs to March 2025.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. HW's have inspected the capped tree pit and advised against reinstating it as the pit is in too close proximity (in conflict) with existing underground services, complicated further by being too close to existing crossover where there is a risk of the tree being damaged before it can establish.

State changed to: No further action

  • Thank you for your comments. It is not possible to relocate the tree pit further along the pavement without being in conflict with existing services that run underneath the pavement.
