Overgrown footpaths FP280 and FP284

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6176559.

FP280 (where joins at FP284 ) to New Barn Lane. Only walked this section and v overgrown with nettles, brambles, low branches having to bend right down to get under. Fence collapse and narrowed path so walk on fence/barbed wire at one point. This was in June.
