Pavement access not clear due to over grown bushes

The pavement access on a mid tier busy road especially during school times outside a busy B&M store is very limited due to over grown bushes that take over most of the pavement access as seen on this photo attached.

Doubled with the fact cars keep parking right up the pavement on here aswell women with prams, young kids walking have to keep crossing the road or walk on the road in order to walk past this place.

This in my opinion is a accident waiting to happen area, prevention before a situation happens is vital.

The exact location is directly the pavement outside B&M store on Wingate road.
