Party Venue loud music

As a resident owning a property just off Vinces rad , there is a so called party venue has opened up, the issue is noise ,and booming bass . With the warmer weather its not a simple matter of shutting windows , the house shakes and pets are petrified , . As a resident we were not consulted on any change of use from an antiques emporium to a public entertainment venue. have Terry ben properly licensed and vetted . The council have not to my knowledge approved any change of use . This cannot continue , even in the middle of the afternoon doing their so called sound checks at top volume is anti social .
