  • We apologise on behalf of our service provider. Unfortunately, the tree contractor has claimed the work was completed. Upon review, we found that is not the case, and the contractor was issued a fine. Contractually, they are obliged to ensure they complete this work. We are monitoring this case closely to ensure their compliance. Unfortunately, we cannot give a period as to when the works will be carried out, but we will continue to pressure for it to be done soon as possible.
