Parking opposit a blind junction exit

Vehicles are filling the road opposit the exit of this street that has a blind exit left turn. This is forcing passing traffic on the wrong side of the road. Other vechiles tend to speed up the wrong side of the road narrowly missing people edging out of the street (Dan-yr-Allt). It has caused many alarming close misses as you cannot see at all (left untill your in the road.
