Wire fencing on public footpath that runs behind Downe recreation. Ground and backs onto Downe Primary School's field is rusted and bent, and has fallen down posing a health and safety concern, and safeguarding issue for the school. School staff have cable tied the fence in the short term for security and safety purposes
