5 inch deep pothole on East Church Street

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6162986.

This pothole has been caused by a utility company digging a 12-inch square hole in the road and then not refilling it appropriately before slapping a thin patch of tarmac over the surface. It has been there for some time and is getting deeper by the day.
