Persimmon builder left unfinished road

Hello, I live in a persimmon homes development at 51 ashton way, Nn27ar, Northampton @Scholars Green. The developer left an unfinished road which is causing big trouble for the house I live in and very big discomfort for us as well. As you can see in photo they left a slope and when busses or big vehicles are driving through causes my house to tremble due to all vibrations as drivers won't slow down passing. I contacted Persimmon several times about it and lately they don't even bother on replaying to my emails. The sad part is that Persimmon very soon will finish work and will leave the site as it is. Can you please get involve into this. As honestly all the vibrations are causing big discomfort for us as residents and very important it's causing stress on the property structure.
