Street sweeper required due to neighbours bins overflowing and seagulls

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6161455.

Neighbours bins had been put out and seagulls have been in at the rubbish pulling it out of the bin and into the street the street is now covered in rubbish
