Overgrown vegetation from Lychens & Highhaven

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 09:43, Thursday 27 June 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6161221.

The overgrown hedges from the above properties are killing my hedge (31 Old Bath Road). I have asked the neighbour repeatedly to cut it but he doesn't listen to me. It is even higher than the top of the lamp posts. Can you help?

  • The hedges overhanging this Public Footpath are due to be cut back w/c 01/07/24. This is to ensure that the public are not obstructed in their use of the footpath. Any other issue regarding vegetation from a neighbours property is a private matter.
