Neglected trees

This hedge is a constant issue. It’s not maintained by owner and when it is cut back by council, it’s still half way over the path. I now have to walk in the road with my baby to get past. I have also seen rats in the last few weeks and peering through the hedge the garden is piled high with rubbish.

  • Still not been fixed and just continued to be allowed to overthrow by owner.
