This hedge is a constant issue. It’s not maintained by owner and when it is cut back by council, it’s still half way over the path. I now have to walk in the road with my baby to get past. I have also seen rats in the last few weeks and peering through the hedge the garden is piled high with rubbish.

Still not been fixed and just continued to be allowed to overthrow by owner.
