You have just closed the previous request to inspect this ENQ24988132 which was opened in Jan 2024.
You cannot have inspected this as you have closed with a bulk closure making a universal assumption that all requests relate to lack of ability to clear heavy rainfall.
Instead of closing you should use service management best practice and confirm with the requestor if the request is resolved giving 5 days then if not contact closing.
Instead I have to raise a new request. Please visit and you will see the drain is block with solid earth and needs attention.
As a reminder it has been this way since Aug 22. @ year anniversary not far away. Best to resolve before the rains return?

Given the torrential rain and high levels of water passing through Hook Norton stream. It seems you should be fixing these 2 blocked drains ASAP. This is not on. You don't need superusers logging incidents you need to get on fixing the ones you have been given by residents. Remember this is an incident raised after you auto closed the original without investigating,
