Overgrown hedge

Reported via desktop anonymously at 12:35, Wed 26 June 2024

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6157274.

The hedge at the property at the end of Mill Road is overgrown and obstructing the view to the left of the junction making it dangerous to turn onto Diss Road. It has been getting worse over the last year or so but now you have to pull into Diss Road to be able to see. Cars travel very quickly along Diss Road so it is extremely dangerous.

Updates

  • The council do not consider it bad enough to do anything about it. Perhaps once a few accidents happen they will reconsider. As to whether I would like to receive another questionnaire in 4 weeks - what would be the point of wasting your time and mine!
