Both ends of the footpath are impassable owing to vegetation overgrowth. (Photos shows the west exit from the field taken from 3 metres back from several steps down to a kissing gate and then a flight of steps down to the lane). If B&NES could request that the landowner clears a way that would be appreciated, thanks.
