Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6156740.

People are dumping their rubbish and all sorts of stuff and leaving it next to the bin. All of it flies everywhere and right outside my house and I have to clear up. Isn't very convenient on a day to day basis. Either remove the bin or put a camera near the bus stop to see who dumps their rubbish.
