Council Flats have chickens in the back

Block of flats on Muirhead avenue have chickens in the back and the Tennant has chopped down trees in garden and left them on the path way of Muirhead Avenue - i did ask him to clear them and was meet by abusive behaviour.

Flats to 75-90 Muirhead Avenue - Croxteth park side.
