Location 281 Gloucester Rd BS78NY. Lona street food/MB Estates Syndicate.. Rubbish and filth has been accumulating since 14th July 2024.The contents of the bags indicate the proprietor as LONA,indicated by the address on the correspondence within the bags. The tree branches were removed by LONA from the boundary with Tenofus charity.285 BS78NY There is also a noticeable spread/breach/sprawl of the MB Estates property upon the Church of England Methodist Church. Patrons of the LONA street food outlet park upon the pavements,quee behind the bus stop blocking access and free-flow usage of the byway for pedestrian citizens,wheel chair users. Also crime levels have increased including stabbings and other associated gang violence with patrons who frequent the outlet.,The license for the premissis should be reviewed with input from local residents.

NOTED 27th June 2024 The Bristol City Council entertain a reactive response of, by-way laws,the LONA fast food rubbish was cleared today.. NOTICE OF BREACH OF DUTY BY BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL The following breach of a pro-active duty of/for the following: 3.1 Highways are protected by the Highways Act 1980. Under this act, it is a criminal offense to obstruct or damage a highway. Every highway authority has a duty, set out under section 130 of the Highways Act 1980, to:assert and protect the rights of the public to the use and enjoyment of any highway for which they are the highway authority, including any roadside waste that forms part of it. and further, the highway authority has a duty to prevent, as far as possible, the stopping of ,or obstruction.
