Loose grid cover

There is a very loud banging noise coming from a loose grid cover across from where I live at 32 lewin street. It is worse in the mornings between 7-10am due to the traffic and is constantly banging with the cars going over it. It is very loud! I have lived at 32 for 20 yrs and never had a problem but this is affecting my sleep. I have a neurological condition and can get very ill with lack of sleep and would appreciate it if this grid cover could be secured so it doesn’t keep banging and waking me up everyday. I have noticed this has been reported quite a few times. Many thanks
