  • Why are you not fixing this right way. The holes that were left are just as bad as the ones that got filled already.

Why were they not all done at the same time? You filled a hole 40 cm from these holes, just extend the work.

This is both a waste of money and time.

How do residents claim for damaged cars?

Appreciate it’s not whoever is reading this’ fault, but this seams a bit ridiculous.

    Thanks

  • Thank you for your update, The area reported has been inspected and defects which met the London Borough of Bromley investigatory levels were referred to our contractor to arrange repair. The area will be regularly monitored and further works raised when/ if necessary. The investigatory levels for repair in the footway are trips of 20mm or above, or if the slabs are loose and rocking severely. Paving is not replaced if just cracked. In the Carriageway it is for localised immediate vertical deflections measuring 30mm deep or more in the trafficked directions. This does not mean that all defects that reach this level will be repaired, just that they may be considered for repair.
