Road not surfaced correctly

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6155106.

Brockley walk was resurfaced about 2 weeks ago, since then tarmac is seeping through the aggregate on the road and is becoming sticky when driving or walking on it … it’s especially worse at the end of the culdesac

Also no one has come back to put any road markings at the junction
