H bar line application

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6154633.

I've been waiting for months after I applied for a h bar line to be painted outside my house number 34 meldon place I've been disabled for years but since before xmas I've needed to use black cabs as im in a wheelchair now but people keep parking outside my drive even though I've asked to leave me a little space to get out of a Hackney cab with a ramp. If I'm allowed a line outside it would be great but no one has got in touch can you help please.
