Bins and Flytipping on Street outside Delta Fitness, Westferry Road E14

A metal general waste bin and at least two purple recycling bins are continually left on the pavement outside the bin room of Delta Fitness (and above flats on corner of Manilla Street) on Westferry Road, E14. They are always left outside their bin room and one metal bin has a hole in the base which sheds rubbish on to the pavement directly and encourages vermin. The presence of these bin on the pavement is also enabling continual flytipping in this area which has been constant for the past few years. Several reports on this issue have been made to Tower Hamlets Council but no improvement has been seen. Please can some action be taken to stop this disgusting mess being left on our streets. 25.06.24.
