One of the communal bins has no lid

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6149513.

One of the black general waste bins has no lid, resulting in the gulls opening the bags and scattering the waste all over the street. Just needs either the lid re fitted or a replacement bin
