Right of way effectively blocked due to bushes, trees and hedges massively overgrown.

Access is now practically impossible for this footpath which has been used for ma years years, the path is now covered in brambles, hedges and overgrowth. It is impractically impassable and dog walkers, pushchairs and those with mobility issues cannot access path. It has not been maintained for some time.
