Overgrown fence at number 34 Sailors Wharf Hull HU9 1UJ and overgrown plants coming from number 33 and 34 blocking alleyway and preventing disabled access to back garden. Cannot get mobility scooter or wheelchair out of back garden onto main street via alleyway. Number 33 is rented, unsure of landlord. Unsure whether 34 is rented or bought.
