Lots of drug addicts aroubd this area, totally out of it

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6147709.

It's so bad, one man was staggering into the road with oncoming traffic. I heard one junky shout at another, "He's just got a delivery, tell everyone come and get it". The guy headed down town to Factory Row, while the other one headed towards Fleet street.

I've seen men pull there pants down and take a shit, another on the ground unable to get up.

What's going on to stop this? Can the addiction centre (meth give out place) be moved out if town? They will follow the drug supply.

It's just so bad...
