Cyclepath overgrown and uneven

The cyclepath which runs along the pavement of B430 and up towards the bridge over A34 (Wendlebury direction) is overgrown with vegetation from the verge making it particularly narrow on the section towards the bridge. Pavement is breaking up, loose stones on path and grass is also growing in middle. It is also overgrown along the B430 stretch but the path is wider here. Please could it be cut/scraped back at all?
