Overgrown hedge blocking pavement

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6145317.

Cars park half on the pavement on this street so it’s now difficult to walk on the pavement to school because the hedge is so overgrown. It is outside 76 Holmes Avenue and they have a double width front garden.
