Dangerous potholes near and next to tennis court

The fencing at ground level at the back of the tennis court has a large hole in the back corner and it has sharp metal which looks like a dangerous repair. Also the court is much lower than the pathway and there is a real danger of someone falling and severely hurting themselves. Also near to the front of the tennis court there is a large hole (see photo with leg) which for a long time had a cone on top of if but has not been filled in and there id danger of falling (one person had to go to hospital with damage to his lower leg)
